The Old Town Hall

The old town hall in my village is now the local library. Taken this morning as I waited on the early Postauto into town.

Cold weather and snow for the last couple of weeks has resulted in the picturesque, but also some of the best local skiing conditions for years

Love this photo. its very atmospheric. Looks like a peaceful library, unlike the ones near me which have become a hive of activity for families and those wanting to use computers. There were large flakes of snow here in Edinburgh yesterday afternoon which looked threatening or promising depending on your point of view but it did not come to anything.

What a wonderful atmosphere! Of course, the winter landscape helps a lot, especially in b&w!

Now this one I can see. It is just a wonderful photo. Very nice with the lights from inside. What a beautiful scene with the snow making it even softer.

No - I don't like this one.
It's creeping me out.
Sinister looking.
You know - what lies beneath and all that.

kinda.
x 10.
It's all those documentaries I've seen about Nazis.
Such beautiful, picturesque surroundings - such ugly, ugly things lurking underneath.

Tu habites donc dans une crèche de Noël ? En Allemagne ce genre de maison en biscuit est très populaire pour contenir une bougie.
