Except, unlike other businesses who need to shed staff and reduce costs just to survive, this one is cash rich and in no need of speedily dispensing with staff. Many businesses would go to some lengths to try and come up with some solution to retain staff. This one with a little creative thinking could easily do so. Why am I not at all surprised.
