It's been a real pleasure to catch up with your latest bunch of photos, I'd been away for quite a while. I really enjoyed your shots of the Swiss Alps and seeing your kitchen (nice to get close and personal, very attractive bottle of wine). The variety and quality of your photos is wonderful. Would have liked to comment individually on many of them but no time now.
Thanks for your virtual visit to Avignon, enjoyed your humorous comment on the colours of your winter. Cheers!
Caught up with your latest photos - they have this intimate, elegant quality I've grown to expect from you. Always a pleasure to visit here.
All the best in the new year!
What are those little fruity things bottom left?
And those people don't look like they are suffering the cold enough for this time of year.
Are you hiding indoors and posting old photos?
BTW - I'm posting again. Nothing politically incorrect, yet. Although, perhaps environmentally suspect.
I thought you just tossed cabers and did highland flings and are you the people who chase the cheese down the hill?
Very er....... inventive you Scottish people.
So do you actually LIKE cricket?
I would be very excited if you do - I am a long-standing fan ever since the summers of the late 70's.
I was just a kid - a girl kid - but I loved it.
I still love it.
And I don't mind the argy bargy that is going on at the moment - it is all nonsense - but it invigorates the game.
Sorry this has nothing to do with your photo and everything to do with me - terribly self indulgent - please excuse.
I love the feel of/a photo black and white/But more especially/ when it's not day time but night/It's just the darkness/is a canvass doubly primed/from the whiteness/which makes the darkness underlined.
The girl is asking/ 'do you have something for me?/ Are you romantic. .. !/ You know on most things we'd agree/ It's late now, let's put your stall away/ you can always/sell your flowers another day .. ....
