I ever like the space given by the staircases, here the diagonal compo and the superposition of the two flights of stairs on the left.
The man seen from the top increases the perspective.

@cergie - thanks for the interesting comment. I wasn't too sure if I should leave the staircase in, but I think it balances the image, and I'm pleased you agree
