Paris - farewell

It was goodbye to Paris on Monday, so here is a parting shot of the city whose magic I'd forgotten. No other great city that I have visited has the combination of grandeur, serenity, excitement, panache and cultural engagement. No excuses for the tourist view

Nice shot. You don't need an excuse for quality tourist views!
Sometimes, if you deny yourself the right to do tourist view, you can come back from a destination with only "arty" view and you miss some general view and usual images for your memory...
When are you back in Zürich? I heard it's snowing over there... :-)

A Tourist View worth putting on the wall. You're clearly enjoying that 35mm lens on the Leica. Fine tribute to Paris. I certainly liked this post.

The cloud formation is a very appropriate backdrop for this great scene.
